Scott Doyle - President
Scott started in commercial loss control in 2006 with TranStar Technical Services. Scott has an OHST certification with the BCSP, certified in OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety and has a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems. Scott was President of Insurance Loss Control Association (ILCA) in 2012 and continued to serve on the board of directors through 2016. Prior to working for Transtar, Scott was in the U.S. Marine Corps then worked for Publix Supermarkets.
Cristine Doyle - Vice President
Cristine has been with TranStar since 2003 starting off as Office Manager and currently Vice President with excellence in customer service and management. Cristine's prior experience was in field sales for an international product manufacturer handling customers in the Southeast and is familiar with territory management as well as field requirements and responsibilities.
Company History
The company was founded by Don and Paulette Rucinski. Both Don and Paulette worked for several insurance carriers before creating Transtar Technical Services Inc in 1994. Don has over 40 years of commercial loss control experience starting as a field representative, progressing as a regional manager before forming Transtar Technical Services in 1994. Paulette has over 25 years of premium audit before starting with Transtar in 1997 after working for several major carriers. That audit experience brought a valuable understanding of the insurance industry and support for the business. Don and Paulette both retired from TranStar on January 1, 2017 and are now inactive but remain as consultants to the new ownership, Scott and Cristine Doyle.
