JOB SUMMARY
The Underwriter position is responsible for reviewing and underwriting new and renewal business, managing a book of business for quality and profitability, and working closely with brokers and carriers to service accounts.
Responsibilities also include development of relationships with independent agent customers, marketing, visiting agency force, and handling underwriting work and correspondence.
