Subrogation Claim Adjuster

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to professionally present oral arguments at arbitration hearings is a must. In this position you will review and analyze small to medium NY no-fault liability exposures, gather claim facts, analyze damages, determine liability and develop an effective defense. The Subrogation Claim Examiner must possess strong negotiation skills, have experience working with attorneys, arbitration, litigation and will need strong communication skills.
