Seeking a Claim Manager to oversee a staff of seven claim adjusters. Responsible for training and development of staff. Monitor claim process, conduct file reviews and claim audits. Oversee investigations and consult with General Counsel when necessary. Handle performance evaluations and personnel issues.

Seven years of experience handling claims, with strong knowledge of Homeowners Claims. Two years of experience supervising a staff of claim adjusters or customer service representatives. Associates's degree required, Bachelor degree preferred.
