Must have 5+ years of Personal Lines Underwriting experience. Should possess a strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives. Strong technical knowledge with the willingness to mentor peers. Confident, articulate and professional speaking and communication skills.
Bachelor degree and Insurance designations, such as CIC and CPCU are preferred, strong Personal Lines Underwriting knowledge required.
