This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to develop the staff from the ground up and establish customer service standards that will be seriously the best in the insurance business. This is not your ordinary call center - associates will establish personal relationships with the insureds and agents/brokers. Customers will interact with professionals who genuinely care about them and value their business. Five-star service for policy questions, FNOL, etc..
Experience managing a team of customer service associates in a call center environment is required. Candidates with property and casualty insurance backgrounds are highly preferred for this role. College degree is required.
