Location: Hallandale Beach, FL - Mountain Lakes, NJ - Rye Brook, NY

Salary: $50,000-$70,000

About the Company:

We are a leading insurance company in the US. We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Hallandale Beach, FL, Mountain Lakes, NJ, or Rye Brook, NY

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs, identify coverage gaps, and provide appropriate solutions
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals to clients
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
• Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably in an account management or customer service role
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, policies, and industry regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, insurance carriers, and team members
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
