Job Overview:
We are actively seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our esteemed team. In this role, the candidate will assume a pivotal responsibility in advising clients and expertly managing complex commercial lines accounts. Responsibilities & Duties:
• Develop a profound understanding of clients' strategic business priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs, providing tailored advice to effectively serve our clients.
• Apply extensive risk expertise and industry knowledge to assess clients' exposures and loss history, formulating innovative solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Contribute to presentations for prospective clients, presenting and recommending inventive solutions to clients and client team members to secure new clients and projects.
• Engage directly with clients, delivering valuable advisory services and analysis, all with the shared goal of cultivating and expanding client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client services, establishing and nurturing lasting relationships with our valued clients.
• Effectively communicate, present, and negotiate coverage details with insurers.
• Receive, negotiate, and evaluate quotes from carriers to align with clients' business needs.
• Advise clients on industry and regulatory developments that may impact their business's liability exposure.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with brokers and clients to facilitate new business development.
• Uphold high standards in all aspects of client deliverables, including monitoring delivery and invoicing to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay current with evolving market conditions and actively contribute to the firm's collective knowledge through robust internal communication.
• Identify improvement opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet market demands, while recommending and developing solutions for new clients and projects.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, encompassing account executive roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Possession of a valid Florida 2-20 license.
• Familiarity with Applied Epic software is advantageous.
• Desired professional designations include: CIC, CPCU, CLCS.
• Prior work experience with one of the following firms is beneficial: Acentria, Arthur J. Gallagher, Willis, Aon, Marsh, Lockton, HUB, Brown & Brown, Insurance Offices of America, Alliant, NFP, USI, Morris & Reynolds, World Insurance.
