We have a client in Winter Park, FL who is looking for an experienced, dynamic, energetic, multi-talented Receptionist/ Clerical Support candidate who is qualified for a fantastic opportunity by becoming part of their team. This is a temp to perm opportunity to join a great team of Insurance Professionals.
The successful candidate will project the client's image by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor, and will assure that all calls are greeted in a positive and professional manner.
This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service and general office and computer skills.
This is a full-time office position and is not a remote/telecommute position and is a Temp to Perm position.
- Answering and routing phone calls.
- Record and deliver messages clearly, concisely and timely
- Greet office visitors in a courteous, professional and friendly manner
- Receiving, scanning, distributing, and sending mail
- Data Entry
- Filing, Copying and Faxing & Scanning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
This position also requires excellent customer service along with the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately, both verbally and in writing with our clients.
