Job Description

The Product Analyst Integrations & Product Quality is responsible for day-to-day execution to ensure cohesive performance across products, partner integrations, and business workflows. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Business Architects, and Engineering teams to represent real-world operational needs, validate product behavior, and translate insights into backlog priorities and product improvements. The role focuses on product quality, integration performance, and operational efficiency while contributing to broader product strategy and partner readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Understand how products, partner integrations, and business processes work together, and proactively improve end-to-end workflows and outcomes

Partner with Business Architects to ensure solutions align with business capabilities and partner integration models

Anticipate and surface cross-product and partner integration risks before they impact customers or operations Product Quality & Operational Insight

Own initial issue assessment by validating reported problems, conducting early investigation (including data and system review), and directing issues to the appropriate teams with clear context and impact

Identify patterns across defects, partner feedback, and operational issues to uncover systemic improvement opportunities and inform product strategy

Work cross-functionally to prioritize improvements that enhance reliability, partner experience, and operational efficiency

Support partner onboarding, configuration, and API validation

Engage with partners and clients to understand integration behavior and translate between business needs and technical solutions

Identify recurring partner integration or configuration challenges and drive simplification and standardization Product Readiness & Strategy

Act as a connector across product, engineering, account management, and operations to ensure strategy reflects real-world execution

Essential Skills

  • 37 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, product operations, systems analysis, engineering, or related roles (5+ preferred)
  • Experience working with technical integrations, APIs, and data flows supporting end-to-end workflows
  • Foundational data skills, including the ability to explore datasets or run basic queries to investigate issues and validate outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to connect system behavior to business and operational impact
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 98,100.00 - 167,850.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
