GCC Delivery Manager, Consumer Solutions

As a key member of Aon Business Services, the GCC Delivery Manager supports Consumer Solutions delivery at scale by providing end-to-end oversight of work driven through GCC-supported teams. This role provides focused accountability for delivery execution as GCC-supported capacity continues to expand within Consumer Solutions.

Operating across onshore and offshore partners, this role serves as a connector across solution leadership, and GCC delivery, ensuring that transitioned work is successfully stabilized, scaled, and continuously optimized to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Lake Mary, FL offices.

What the day will look like

Delivery Ownership and Execution:

  • Own delivery outcomes for GCC-supported work, ensuring quality, throughput, and service expectations are consistently met
  • Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks across quality, capacity, and performance
  • Ensure adherence to service level expectations and production targets

Transition and Stabilization

  • Own the full lifecycle of work transition, from onboarding through stabilization and steady-state delivery
  • Ensure smooth transition into production, validating assumptions and addressing gaps early
  • Maintain continuity and sustained performance as Consumer operates within a BAU model with established GCC teams

Performance Management and Visibility

  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to provide clear visibility into delivery outcomes
  • Monitor trends, identify emerging risks, and provide timely insight to leadership
  • Support transparent reporting and governance across delivery teams

GCC Coordination and Integration

  • Serve as a connector across onshore and offshore stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution
  • Support integration of additional GCC capacity, ensuring consistent delivery standards and performance
  • Partner with teams to identify capacity opportunities, efficiency gains, and continuous improvement initiatives

Standards and Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and reinforce consistent delivery standards and performance expectations across GCC-supported teams
  • Find opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased efficiency
  • Support ongoing optimization of delivery models as demand and scope evolve

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Serve as a helix leader and mentor to GCC process leaders and delivery teams
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across solution lines and delivery partners
  • Build strong working relationships across onshore and offshore stakeholders

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream delivery in a global or offshore environment

  • Strong ability to assess execution performance and identify risks with clarity
  • Experience operating within matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience with performance management, reporting, and operational metrics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer Retentions, Document Management, Account Management, Quality Control (QC), Data Analysis, Confidentiality, Client Relationship Management, Business Communications, Operational Excellence, Project Communications Management, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Satisfaction.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $90,000 - $113,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
