What the day will look like

Assist the Account Executives on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients (including complex clients) and undertaking the client-facing and internal activities related to these processes. Account Managers will also assist Brokers as necessary particularly on Commercial Risk business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, serving as a trusted point of contact on moderately complex matters
  • Support the preparation and coordination of client submissions, ensuring timely and accurate information flow between clients and internal teams
  • Track and manage client open items, responding to day-to-day inquiries and ad hoc requests
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support the development of reports and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Assist in the renewal process, including preparing quote comparisons and following up on policy documentation such as binders and endorsements
  • Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery of client services and deliverables
  • Partner with Premium Accounting to support client billing activities and resolve related inquiries
  • Respond to coverage questions and assist with processing policy changes and endorsements
  • Serve as a key contact for client service requests, including certificates, auto ID cards, invoices, policy documents, and related materials
  • Monitor billing and collections activity, helping to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-up

Qualifications

  • Applicants should have a college graduation date between Spring 2025 and Spring 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $61,000 - $78,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
