- Develop and maintain scorecards and other tools that provide leaders with clear visibility into organizational priorities, performance, outcomes and risks.
- Strengthen governance and decision-making by clarifying forum purpose, decision rights, accountabilities and follow-through.
- Help reimagine how the PP&B management system operates by applying AI, experimenting with new approaches, learning from real-world use, and scaling solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.
- Partner across PP&B Alignment leaders to create consistent management practices and stronger connectivity across the organization.
Strategy, Portfolio & Planning
- Lead key components of the annual planning and budget-setting process, connecting strategic priorities with resource and investment considerations.
- Maintain an integrated view of the PP&B portfolio, including ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks and progress.
- Strengthen the end-to-end process for how emerging work moves from intake and prioritization through planning and execution.
- Surface portfolio trade-offs, competing priorities and capacity implications for leadership consideration.
- Build shared context across PP&B functions and help ensure the organization operates around a clear and connected set of priorities.
Leadership Team & Executive Enablement
- Partner closely with the Head of PP&B Alignment to support the effectiveness of the Chief PP&B Officer and PP&B leadership team.
- Develop executive-ready agendas, materials, narratives and decision support for key leadership forums.
- Anticipate emerging topics requiring leadership attention and bring structure to complex or ambiguous issues.
