SUMMARY


Responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of internal and external engagement experiences for the division, including employee conferences, practice events, webinars, virtual programs, regional events, and select client experience initiatives. This role is responsible for creating polished, purposeful, and brand-aligned experiences that strengthen employee connection, engage clients and prospects, elevate awareness of the company's capabilities, and support cross-practice growth.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Leads internal and external brand experience through high-impact events and engagement experiences.


Creates experiences that bring the brand to life for employees, clients, prospects, and practice partners.


Partners with leaders, subject matter experts, sales, account teams, and marketing to align each experience with business priorities.


Manages event planning from concept through follow-up, including timelines, budgets, logistics, vendors, communications, and speaker support.


Develops strategies, selective VIP touchpoints, gifting strategies, and personalized follow-up moments that deepen priority relationships, with a focus on priority markets and customers.


Integrates projects, target profiles, and consumer insights supported by categories, brands, and markets.


Ensures execution of plans to prioritize growth and ROI; ensures strategic consistency and financial viability through ROI evaluation.


Establishes KPIs against all regional and national plans; reviews activation programs performance, plans across all KPIs within monthly meeting and take corrective actions.


Recommends annual category activation budget comprising of program costs, activation agencies, training, implementation; links to brand, customer marketing and customer development teams.


Collaborates with brand teams in development of creative briefs, processes and brand activation communication vehicles.


Collaborates with customer marketing and customer development teams for category's excellent in-market presence to power activation success.


Owns the strategy and execution of the biannual internal employee conference.


Designs internal engagement moments that strengthen alignment, connection, culture, and awareness across the practice.


Plans and executes client and prospect programs, including webinars, thought leadership sessions, virtual events, and regional experiences.


Shapes event themes, content, messaging, and attendee journeys that connect audience needs to the division's capabilities.


Measures engagement, feedback, and business impact to improve future activations and support cross-practice growth.


Manages staff including; motivating/mentoring staff and providing employee training and development.


Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);


Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.


Performs other duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE


Master's Degree MBA, Marketing, or related discipline


Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience


Five (5) or more years experience in a brand activation or marketing role with experience managing brand campaigns


Experience in B2B, insurance, employee benefits, consulting, financial services, or professional services


Certified Marketing Management Professional



SKILLS


Highly organized, creative, and collaborative experienced marketer who can manage complex logistics while thinking strategically about audience experience, relationship-building, brand impact, and business outcomes


Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, stakeholders, and competing priorities


Excellent attention to detail and a polished, professional approach to experience design and event execution


Strong knowledge of implementing and managing marketing strategies


Knowledge of CRM programs, Salesforce preferred


Proficient in MS Office Suite, Cvent, email marketing tools like Eloqua and Hubspot


Strong writing skills with the ability to write and create content


Strong interpersonal skills


Strong time management and problem solving skills


Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines


Ability to work collaboratively and build strategic relationships with others
