SUMMARY


Responsible for supporting the delivery of consulting projects to prospects and clients.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Works with Consultants regarding client strategies; participates in new business activities and prepares client deliverables;


Ensures project-related activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and with appropriate quality assurance checks;


Supports review of Pharmacy Benefit Manager contracts and leads financial analysis; works with team to prepare pricing models to evaluate the proposals for clients as needed;


Reviews pharmacy reports, identifies key trends and benchmarks results;


Contributes to the development of new tools and products to deepen value with clients by developing knowledge and experience of pharmacy best practices, market trends and products and services in the marketplace;


Participates in conference calls or meetings to discuss work product, as needed;


Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE


Bachelor's degree in health care or related industry or equivalent combination of education and experience


Five (5) or more years recent relevant experience in a consulting firm or Pharmacy Benefit Manager, or in actuarial, underwriting, pricing, account management, or consulting role within a


Health & Welfare consulting/brokerage firm, Pharmacy Benefit Manager or health insurance carrier.
