SUMMARY
Responsible for providing customer service and administrative/operational support to assist the service team in supporting new and existing accounts. This role is operational in nature and focuses on accuracy, organization, and timely execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates prospect and customer files on shared files
Assists with the implementation of the off-system client workbook and review of in-house build workbooks
Track required client materials and documentation for implementation of plans/products/marketing communication/files
Provide administrative training on the benefit admin sites that clients will utilize day to day
Perform any audit discrepancies within the system and external carrier discrepancies
Support Account Executives with the preparation of new client implementation and renewals
Scheduling touchpoint calls with the client to ensure that all discrepancies and/or issues are being addressed
Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's Degree
Two (2) or more years related work experience
Valid Insurance License
Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
SKILLS
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
Good problem solving and time management skills
Intermediate typing skills (30 - 35 wpm)
Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines
