Compensation:

• Total Compensation (including base and commissions): $69,000 - $104,000+
• Bonuses: Performance-based incentives tied to individual and agency success

 
Hours:
Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (MST)
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in outbound and inbound sales communications with prospective and existing clients
• Draft professional emails and text messages to support sales efforts
• Offer additional products to meet customer needs and grow client accounts
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Actively participate in professional development, training, and coaching sessions

What You Bring to the Role:

• Previous sales experience or a background in engaging directly with customers
• Insurance experience preferred but not required
• Proven track record of dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses (if not already licensed)
• Excellent time-management, verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• A strong drive to achieve success and deliver results
