The Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist will provide technical and clerical assistance to claims examiners and will manage workers’ compensation medical-only and low-complexity indemnity claims. This role involves reviewing, examining, investigating, and analyzing claims to optimize medical recovery and indemnity resolution, and effectively communicating with medical providers, employees, and employers.

The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of workers' compensation laws and procedures, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple claims with accuracy and efficiency. This position is located in Roseville, CA, and is full time, 40 hours per week, with hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, though there is flexibility. Remote work up to two days per week.
