The Underwriting Services Quality Assurance Representative monitors and evaluates customer interactions to ensure adherence to company standards and directives.

Responsibilities:

• Completing webchat and call audits for all Underwriting Services Representatives, ensuring adherence to our underwriting directives and C.L.E.A.R. Customer Service Program.
• Documenting results of each chat and call on the appropriate audit form and providing that information to the supervisor.
• Identify training needs and trends.
• Participate in collaboration sessions with Customer Service, Underwriting Services, and Underwriting management to ensure consistency and an excellent customer experience.

• 3+ Years of commercial underwriting experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
