Position: Outside Sales Associate
Location: Columbia, SC (Remote, within a 2-hour driving distance)
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000

We are seeking a highly skilled Outside Sales Associate to support our team in Columbia, SC. This role involves a mix of client relationship management and sales without new business goals, with the expectation of regular in-person client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with assigned producers to prospect new clients and manage relationships with both new and renewal clients.
• Coordinate and execute client marketing, risk management, and sales activities in line with industry and company standards.
• Manage and expand a renewal book of business, increase account retention, and resolve complex customer risk management issues.
• Attend client meetings regularly, both independently and alongside producers.
• Handle the renewal process, from loss run analysis to negotiating coverages and pricing, and presenting proposals.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an insurance license or state-required equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines insurance experience managing books of business.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to handle large work volumes with accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to professional ethics and integrity.
