ISG is an insurance Premium Audit firm, specializing in providing premium audit and related services to insurance carriers and managing general agencies. We handle premium audits for all variable exposure based policies, such as Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Commercial Auto, Inland Marine, etc. ISG has a Special Investigations Unit (SIU) that is set up to provide turn-key services for combating potential fraud for our customers from surveillance to expert witness services. Additional areas of coverage include 3rd party dispute resolution, classification inspections, premium audit review, as well as consulting. 

ISG utilizes easy to follow audit reports that can be customized based on customer criteria. The completed audit report can be sent as a PDF, which includes all pertinent imaged records, allowing for a "paperless" product. All audits are reviewed for content and accuracy, and audit programs can be tailored to customer needs. Commitments to superior customer service and response time are priorities for ISG. We understand that the premium audit business can, at times, be a "problem" business.
