Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Account Manager to join our team. This role will manage a diverse book of business, including construction and coastal property accounts. The successful candidate will work in a structured team environment alongside producers, an Account Executive, and another Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned book of business, including renewals, renewal marketing, change requests, and certificates of insurance.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless client service and account management.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Handle marketing and account management for coastal property accounts.
• Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of insurance industry experience, with at least 2 years in commercial lines.
• Experience managing construction and coastal property accounts.
• Proficiency in Epic software is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also performing independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
