Senior Vice President o Stop Loss Insurtech Operations

Currently, we are seeking an Operations Executive to work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that enable the company’s continued growth, enhance operational capabilities, and ensure its continued success.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure the continued enhancement of business development and improvement of efficiency
• Assist with driving the planning and orchestration of business objectives
• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
• Define and manage workflow processes and monitor overall improvements
• Responsible for ensuring that the claims department, underwriting department, and enrollment department are operating efficiently; processes/procedures are implemented
• Develop data analytics for all departments

Skills & Experience

• Must be knowledgeable in stop loss underwriting, claims, and reinsurance
• Experience using health insurance systems a plus (i.e, Luminex)
• Familiarity with health insurance finance

Compensation

$200k to $230k
