We are committed to growth and expanding nationally as such we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative to join our growing team. As an integral part of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

 

This is a full time, Monday – Friday position, with the base salary of $45,000 and a generous commission structure (with the potential to increase your base salary, earn 10% on premiums sold, and additional bonuses), and uncapped earning potential, typically falling within the range of $75,000 to $100,000. Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients within the legal industry, specifically focusing on law firms and individual attorneys.
  2. Outbound Outreach: Execute outbound sales campaigns via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our insurance solutions.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their insurance needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our insurance products and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  5. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on criteria such as timeline and specific insurance needs and requirements.
  6. Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to strategize and implement effective sales tactics.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in outbound sales preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Requirements:

Minimum Education: H.S. Diploma or equivalent and/or a combination of education and proven sales experience. Able to attain licensure to sell insurance or current state license.
