Your Role as a Personal Lines Account Manager:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to a loyal clientele, managing and expanding an existing book of personal insurance accounts.
  • Market and rate new and renewal accounts, ensuring clients receive the most competitive coverage options.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with underwriters to streamline processes and optimize client satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, nurturing long-lasting relationships and addressing their evolving insurance needs.
  • Proactively review current coverage details and provide expert recommendations regarding placement and coverage options.
  • Craft compelling proposals and deliver informative presentations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Process policy changes promptly and accurately, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining client trust.
  • Review policies for accuracy and completeness, preparing them for in-person delivery, mail, or email.
  • Craft pre-renewal letters and summaries of insurance, ensuring clients are well-informed of their coverage options.
  • Send renewal letters and update renewal information, maintaining a streamlined renewal process.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and supportive office culture.
