Director National Sales and Marketing
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced insurance sales and marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
- Generating leads and closing sales
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Support field-based Production team in achieving department goals
- Tracking/reporting sales pipeline
- Presenting at industry events/Overnight travel 25%
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Skilled with Customer Relationship Management software and social media optimization
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and consensus building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- P&C/Life-Health Insurance license
