Job Details
Leader in energy industry that produces and markets fuels, natural gas and electricity seeks Head of Risk & Insurance to join the Risk Management and Insurance team. This role reports to the VP CFO and will be part of the Finance Executive team under CFO management.
Duties & Responsibilities- Risk Management and Insurance services for US operations
- Support the growth of the renewable’s activities
- Efficiently maintain insurance coverage for construction and operation
- Oversight of the claims management
- Optimize and streamline current process in place
- Support continuous improvement of risk financing and insurance solutions
- BBA in Finance, Risk Management or similar
- Professional certificates in risk and insurance management, ARM OR CPCU
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a risk management department of a corporation or insurance brokerage
- Comprehensive understanding of the energy sector including renewables
- Strong finance and risk management background
- Experience with Risk Management Information Systems
