Commercial Insurance Account Executive

About the Role

The Commercial Insurance Account Executive is the ultimate stewardship role. You will work closely with a senior producer handling marketing and client strategy on a property heavy book of business. They need someone with senior account management expertise to be involved in service delivery but also client engagement & client facing responsibilities. Expect some travel occasionally to their offices and for on-site client visits within the South Central and Mid-South region.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Retention, service, account development, and product/service presentation directly to the insured.
• Partner on resource deliverables (loss control, claims, etc.).
• Support training, workflow efficiencies, and best practices within the team.

Skills & Experience

• At least five (5) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience as a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager or Commercial Insurance Account Executive. 
• Extensive middle market commercial P&C account expertise, in particular with property risks. This portfolio has a lot of multi-family habitation.
• Strategic planning, renewal marketing, mid-term reviews, and risk service distribution alongside the producer and with frequent, out of the office client engagement. 

Job Specs

Location: 100% remote, work-from-home for applicants residing in South Central, Mid-South states to include Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.
