Private Client Insurance Services is hiring a Receptionist for the Fort Meyers Office. The Receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilites:

  • Answering and distributing incoming calls
  • Assigning New Business to Account managers
  • Oversee customer service functions including timely response to customer inquiries.
  • Assist Accounts Managers with reports and information needed and/or requested by clients. ( Diligent Effort reports, expiration reports, downloads Policy documents, etc.)
  • Manage Vacation schedule to ensure the office maintains necessary coverage.
  • Schedule Personal Lines meetings, plan company luncheon, appreciation functions for staff.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Direct report to company Principals.

Knowledge & Skills: Insurance Knowledge preferred but not required

Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent

Compensation: Annual Salary of $40,000 - $50,000 - Commensurate with Experience
