  • Work as an integral and valued member of the Energy Transition & Infrastructure (ET&I) team within Global Partnerships & Innovation to support new investment activity into a variety of private equity, private credit, and venture capital strategies
  • Actively participate in all facets of the investment process including identification of new opportunities, underwriting, financial analysis, due-diligence, asset management, and dispositions across fund and co-investment opportunities
  • Build, manipulate, and interpret detailed financial models
  • Engage with industry experts and complete market research to assist in the identification and evaluation of new investment opportunities
  • Support asset management by tracking underlying investment performance and performing financial analysis to assist in portfolio progress reporting and decision making
  • Prepare investment committee materials and present analysis to senior leadership across LMI
  • Expect broad end-market exposure including renewable power, gas-fired generation, energy efficiency, grid stability, electrification, sustainability, climate tech, and other critical infrastructure
  • Ability to work across various structures including LP positions and direct co-investments
  • Promote culture of collaboration and be willing to work cross-functionally to add value across the organization 
  • Work alongside accounting, IT and the ET&I team to build and customize reports to support portfolio management

  • Minimum 0-4 years of relevant work experience at an investment bank, private equity, or investment management firm
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills, demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a solid base in accounting and finance
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak with conviction and persuasion along with a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Team player with a willingness to be flexible and take on additional responsibilities depending on the needs of the business
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and time-sensitive deliverables with a high degree of quality, consistency and accuracy
  • High level of attention to detail, aptitude, poise, and maturity
  • Intellectual curiosity with the ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and contribute ideas to the organization
