About the Role

The Senior Commercial Insurance Broker- National Property Practice is the lead service strategist quarterbacking a substantial portfolio for a Top 10 national insurance firm. Your #1 priority is client engagement & relationship management in conjunction with or independent of the producer. You coordinate all service deliverables, strategic planning, and stewardship to meet the client’s insurance needs. You work with C-suite decision makers to:

  • Strengthen business partnerships
  • Maximize opportunities for successful new business onboarding
  • Address critical risk management issues
  • Identify coverage gaps and coverage enhancements
  • Integrate the delivery of all internal resources (service, claims, loss control, etc.)
  • Prepare for renewals including presentation design and delivery

Additionally, you are responsible for the design, marketing, and placement initiatives for complex property insurance programs for a portfolio of Fortune 1000 companies. You stay abreast of market changes as well as pricing & coverage options to drive the RFP process and successfully negotiate with underwriters.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum eight (8) years of commercial property and casualty experience in a lead client service capacity with responsibility for consultation, program design, relationship management, brokering/placement negotiations, and resource allocation
  • Extensive exposure to and work with complex national property accounts
  • Active state insurance license
