About the Opportunity

Here in the GRS Billing Solutions team, we are fundamentally transforming and modernizing our most complex commercial billing processes that are at the core of how we conduct business and delight our customers, agents, and brokers. For us, billing is not a back office' chore. It is an opportunity to innovate and create new ways to make Liberty Mutual easier to do business with across the entire insurance value stream.   • Technical problem solver: While partnering with business, you'll develop error-free source code, test scripts, components, and system architectures, as well as document in a DevOps environment.

Note: This is a range posting and open to considering candidates at the Principal or Senior Engineer level. 

  • Expertise in engineering or architecting cloud-based, responsive web applications using AWS technologies (Lambda/Glue/DynamoDB), Javascript/Typescript/Angular, Java, and SpringBoot
  • 4+ years of related software engineering experience working in an agile environment
  • A history of practicing DevOps, CI/CD and building cloud-based applications
  • Openness and adaptability to respond to fast-moving circumstances

Education

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, or equivalent experience
