The Senior Director, GRS Alignment for Global Risk Solutions (GRS) is responsible for strategically managing and executing the portfolio of GRS executive leadership team agenda and GRS and Liberty initiatives, governance processes, operating committees and projects. The CoS is a proven transformational leader and high performance culture carrier.


This role reports directly to the GRS Head of Transformation Execution in the Office of Operations and is a highly visible role requiring effective problem solving, coordination, and connectivity across the organization. 

The ideal candidate has broad strategic thinking and strong execution capabilities, the ability to effectively influence and be connected across the organization, experience working with diverse and global teams, and strong financial and business acumen.

Summary of Key Functions / Responsibilities:

  • Manage, set, and coordinate the engagement mechanisms and agenda (e.g., cadences, governance, leadership offsites and meetings) for the GRS leadership team (LT)
  • Lead and execute the Senior Leadership team (120 leaders) engagement strategy, including two annual leadership forums focusing on fostering GRS' ability to win with purpose together
  • Facilitate executive engagement roadshows with GRS leaders and teams (e.g., virtual or in-person office visits, leader webcasts, townhalls, employee engagement events)
  • Facilitate strategic conversations between the GRS President, GRS LT, and the LMG Operating Committee to report on key strategic initiatives for GRS and Liberty
  • Institute and drive annual routines and standards for GRS LT deliverables and OKRs
  • Support the development of executive presentations for the GRS LT this includes structuring, storyboarding, and working across the organization; ensuring the broader connection and consistency across the organization; and developing supporting materials needed to effectively communicate key messages
  • Collaborate with the GRS Chief Operating Officer and GRS President, acting as both a thought partner and sounding board in making impactful decisions
  • Lead additional ad hoc activities to increase the GRS President's efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with Liberty's Communication team and Sr Executive Assistant to the President on internal and external engagements, presentations, and events
  • Drive problem resolution and deal with day-to-day issues to optimize team performance and remove barriers, enabling the President & COO to focus on companywide strategic initiatives
  • Continually look for opportunities to improve GRS' ELT processes, routines and cadences, to support better collaboration, communication, alignment, and decision making


  • 15 years of business experience with strong business and finance acumen
  • Deep understanding of the insurance industry and key business and performance drivers
  • Multiple years of experience working with and engaging directly with executive leadership teams
  • Track record of taking ongoing action to improve business results
  • Experienced in using data to drive timely decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to organize work in a way that improves efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree required; Advance MBA degree preferred
  • Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation creation / design
