Job Details
Our client is a growing and top-rated Workers Compensation Claims and Program Administration company. They have an immediate need for a fully-remote Work Comp Claims Adjuster to manage claims for the state of Florida.
This can be located anywhere but you MUST have extensive Worker's Compensation knowledge...specifically for the State of Florida!
You will be responsible for promptly analyzing and evaluating injury claims to determine coverage, securing statements and managing correspondence between all parties involved, setting reserves and settling claims in a timely manner. May attend pre-trials and other legal proceedings as needed.
This caseload includes several highly litigated files. Knowledge in this area is required.
