About the Role

An independent, San Antonio based insurance agency with a family culture and close-knit team has two Commercial Insurance CSR job openings available for individuals with commercial property and casualty client service experience. Here are some job highlights:

Position Specs: One role works in their general, all-lines commercial book which primarily caters to businesses in and around the San Antonio area. The second position is in their transportation team which works with owner/operators, small trucking companies, and local haulers on commercial auto programs.

Location & Scheduling: The agency is based in San Antonio. They can offer a hybrid schedule, splitting time between the office and working from home. During onboarding & training expect most days in the office to get started.

Responsibilities:

• Billing
• Claims reporting
• ID cards
• Submissions
• Information gathering and data entry
• Online quotes

Experience: Approximately 1-3 years of career experience in commercial property and casualty insurance + customer service and policy administration background at an insurance company, wholesale broker, or agency.
