Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to manage priorities and focus on results to deliver an amazing client experience.
- Manage expiration list and renewal timeline according to procedures and ensure execution as determined from marketing strategy. You are responsible for renewal…No One Else.
- Manage execution of client requests, obtain timelines and ensure delivery
- Review of Policies, Proposals & Quotes for new business and renewals.
- Review, check and deliver policies timely (data schedules to be reviewed by processing team)
- Review proposals and quotes for accuracy, working with RSP to meet timelines
- Manage Agency onboarding process for all new business accounts
- Create master certificates for all policies and ensure client receives prior to renewal
- Handle claims from beginning to end with client, follow up with carriers/adjusters as needed and keep the producer informed on the status.
- Accurately invoice new business and renewal policies in AMS (Verify quote/policy premium and commission before invoicing)
- Effectively and promptly manage emails, phone calls, mail and suspense
- Learn/adopt Best Practices to effectively handle more clients.
- Continuous self-improvement through continuing education
- Follow Agency service standard, policies and procedures to improve retention
- Document all client activities in the Agency Management System
Qualifications/Skills –

Work Hours & Benefits –
- Full time position
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)

Education and Experience -
- General Lines License required
- Minimum of 3-5 years previous commercial insurance experience required
