Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage priorities and focus on results to deliver an amazing client experience.
  • Manage expiration list and renewal timeline according to procedures and ensure execution as determined from marketing strategy.  You are responsible for renewal…No One Else.
  • Manage execution of client requests, obtain timelines and ensure delivery
  • Review of Policies, Proposals & Quotes for new business and renewals.
  • Review, check and deliver policies timely (data schedules to be reviewed by processing team)
  • Review proposals and quotes for accuracy, working with RSP to meet timelines
  • Manage Agency onboarding process for all new business accounts
  • Create master certificates for all policies and ensure client receives prior to renewal
  • Handle claims from beginning to end with client, follow up with carriers/adjusters as needed and keep the producer informed on the status.
  • Accurately invoice new business and renewal policies in AMS (Verify quote/policy premium and commission before invoicing)
  • Effectively and promptly manage emails, phone calls, mail and suspense
  • Learn/adopt Best Practices to effectively handle more clients.
  • Continuous self-improvement through continuing education
  • Follow Agency service standard, policies and procedures to improve retention
  • Document all client activities in the Agency Management System

Work Hours & Benefits

  • Full time position
  • Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)

Education and Experience -

  • General Lines License required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years previous commercial insurance experience required
