PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The manager will focus on building an enterprise Identity & Data Governance practice establishing and ensuring clear and actionable strategies for data projects and work efforts while complying with our data governance policies to achieve the required level of consistency, quality, and protection to meet company objectives. The manager role will manage the SailPoint and Privileged Access Management Administration teams that will work closely with SailPoint users, Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Business Unit leaders to implement identity strategies and data governance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manage the development and maturity of the SailPoint and Privileged Access Management Administration Teams
• Manage the Data Stewardship program to align with industry best practices and Company requirements providing leadership and guidance to the IT GRC team that maintains the data stewardship program
• Own the planning and delivery and execution of the administration of identity & data governance systems to ultimately reduce risk for the company and to align with industry best practices
• Ensure all important data within the organization is appropriately defined and classified according to the enterprise information security policy
• Manages governance of the IT Logical Access Controls and impact assessments needed for the GRC IT Control Analysts. Represents a management support role for the governance of the IT Logical Access Controls with internal and external auditing teams
• Manage the development and maintenance of logical access governance policies and procedures within SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) and File Access Manager (FAM)
• Manage the logical access Segregation of Duties (SOD) policy program within SailPoint IIQ
• Manage the certifications of access programs within SailPoint IIQ and FAM
• Manage and provide oversight and metrics for the enforcement of compliance to data governance standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 to 12 years of experience
• Two to five years of supervisory/management experience
o Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement
o Minimum 5+ years working with identity governance and administration solutions including 2+ years with SailPoint or relevant business experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Key industry certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CGEIT, or CDPSE
• Knowledge of various frameworks/regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GDPR, SOX, ITIL, COBIT, COSO or similar
• CyberArk Sentry or Guardian certification preferred
• SailPoint Certification preferred
• Prefer 4+ years in cross-functional management roles

Salary for this position can range from $$106,701 for candidates who are minimally qualified through $$160,051.0 for more highly qualified candidates. Candidates outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill and education.
