Our Private Equity Strategic Analyst Co-op Program provides the remarkable opportunity for you to focus on a variety of critical business skills while you refine your finance and analytical skills.

 

You'll grow your knowledge of the insurance industry while working on a collaborative team, assisting colleagues and leadership on day-to-day assignments to help find solutions for our clients.  You'll help determine strategy for Private Equity reporting, identify areas of opportunity within our data strategy, and find ways that Liberty can increase penetration within client portfolios.

 

You'll take part in educational and social programs to learn and connect with colleagues. You'll also enjoy support from an online community of co-ops to help with your transition from school to work.

What you've got

  • You have 0-2 years of professional experience.
  • You must be working towards a bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
  • You're good with people and are an effective communicator on paper and in person.
  • You possess strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
  • You care about the details and know how to balance creative ideas with common business sense.
  • You must be able to work full-time from January to June 2023.
  • You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
