POSITION SUMMARY:  This is a full time remote (1099) position for which you must provide your own computer equipment. The position monitors the status of assignments, performs status follow ups, and supports communications with Homeowners, Adjusters, Contractors, and other parties involved on work assignments to Managed Repair Program (MRP) Network Contractors.

 

The position is one which requires use of multiple company software systems and excellent phone communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Additionally, the position does project work, performs data entry, monitors email boxes, reviews and forwards communications, initiates follow up tasks for various individuals, interacts via phone, email, and MS Teams with staff and vendors relating to administrative activity and client assignment activity.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: THE FOLLOWING ARE THE USUAL, BASIC AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION.  THESE FUNCTIONS ARE NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST OF ALL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, AND SKILLS REQUIRED.

 

 

 

  • Monitor email, task queues, and status reports Follow up with contractors and adjusters to determine status on various stages of the workflow process Use MRP systems to track tasks, run reports, review / update status and information on assignments Record activity in MRP and client systems Make various phone calls to multiple individuals, to perform scripting in relation to dispatching activities. Perform other administrative duties and projects, as directed.  Review and follow up on various tasks based on various business reports. Work in a fast paced, high-volume environment with the ability to think and act quickly, trouble shoot and find solutions, and provide support to various parties.

 

 

 

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to communicate very well both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to learn and use various company software systems
  • Good customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Administrative and or Customer Service experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of administrative and or Customer Service experience
  • 3 years of data entry experience
  • Past experience using XactAnalysis
  • Past administrative experience in the property insurance or construction industries
  • Some college or an Associate Degree a plus

This position requires the ability to work in a highly energetic and flexible work environment. Ability to sit, hear and converse over the telephone, and key frequently on a computer.
