About the Role

Product development company specializing in the design and implementation of insurance and financial service product solutions that help diversify and build profitable revenue streams for their partners. With over 140 years’ combined experience guiding companies in developing and delivering successful products within the insurance and financial services industries, they seek a seasoned insurance professional for temporary Advisory Board Member role.

The purpose of the role is to help the organization gain new insights and advice to solve business problems and explore new opportunities. The role is not to make decisions, but rather to provide current knowledge, critical thinking, and analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Learn, embrace, and demonstrate excitement about the LawGuard program and how it helps P&C carriers and their policyholders
• Facilitate introductions to decision makers at P&C companies in their network and attend the first call for a warm hand-off
• Time commitment of a 6-12 hours per month
• Contribution to advisory board outcomes through value-driven insights and advice
• Strategic introductions and advocacy

Skills & Experience

• Insurance veteran with a large number of decision-making contacts in the personal lines P&C arena
• Examples include an individual in a current or recently retired role at a:
  • P&C insurance carrier
  •  
  • Insurance association
  • Reinsurance brokerage

Compensation

$2,000 per month. Portions of member incentive units (shares) based on direct written premium attributed to the individual’s introductory efforts.
