Responsibilites
- Greeting walk-ins
- Servicing clients and accounts
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Taking payments
- Changing policy information and or coverages
- Manage faxes and emails
- Would have to write auto, boat, motorcycle and learn to write home owners then progress to some commercial GL etc based on the persons abilities
- Good computer skills and communication skills are needed
Requirements
- Great overall work ethic. Any team member is expected to make this a better office overall.
- A 440 or 220 license is a must.
