Commercial Auto Claims Supervisor (BI/PD Liability Litigation -Florida resident- Remote Perm)

Job Description:

Our client is a TPA in Central Florida, who is continuously growing. They are actively searching for a REMOTE Liability Litigation Claims Supervisor in Florida. Florida residents will be considered as remote or onsite candidates. Onsite candidates need to be in the West/Central Florida area. Qualified candidates must possess excellent communication and writing skills, 3-4+ years of P&C Commercial Liability Claims supervisory and Litigation experience.

 Duties will include:

• Supervise adjusters and team assistants- will not have a caseload of your own.   
• Claims being supervised will include commercial BI & PD liability claims, with emphasis on automobile, and general liability claims. You will supervise adjuster caseloads that include managing, investigating, and resolving claims involving potentially complex property damage and bodily injury claims.
• Perform diary reviews on adjusters’ claims
• Assure all excess reportable files are reported appropriately 
• Provide direction/guidance on claims
• Assist adjusters with preparation for file reviews

• Ensure performance standards are exceeded

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, or four or more years of equivalent work experience

• Legal claims adjusting experience---Municipality commercial liability claims experience A++
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and customer service skills

• Computer literacy, including MS Office, Word, Excel
• High level of Integrity, Energy, Dependable, Positive attitude, Strong work ethic, and motivated to learn and teach
