About the Role

With the ever-changing landscape of HR technology and benefits administration, you will be responsible in this role for project management of implementation of corporate initiatives as it relates to their consulting division. You will help navigate the turbulent waters of effective communication when it comes to demographic and payroll integration projects, gathering requirements and obtaining client sign-off, and running point for all things related to daily client strategy and relationship management. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist consultants to establish and manage client and broker relationships throughout projects and set proper expectations
  • Assist with scheduling and documenting client needs
  • Help manage project documents and project milestones
  • Communicate with technology vendors in the market to stay abreast of their offerings
  • Schedule and manage vendor solution demos for projects
  • Maintain project details in CRM system, ShareFile, and RFP360
  • Assist with implementations as required
  • Assist with overall workforce management including overall structure of the division, staff forecasting, and setting appropriate goals and objectives 

Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years minimum experience with HR technology solutions
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel especially)
  • Detail oriented and highly organized to work efficiently in a remote setting

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

$75-80,000 + bonus + full benefits package + 100% WFH/remote work
