Global Insurance is a professional services firm, providing a consolidated range of Insurance services offered: Life, Health, Property & Casualty and Medicare.  We currently have offices located in Orlando, Miami, Coral Gable, and Plantation FL and are experiencing company growth both organically and via acquisitions.  We are looking to hire the right talent to expand!

 

Insurance Agent

We are looking for a skilled and experienced “Insurance Agent.”  Personal & Commercial lines, Life and Health and Medicare 215 and 200 Licenses  The candidate identifies sales opportunities for insurance plans, generates new business by contacting potential customers, sells policies and oversees a portfolio of clients, all the while building lasting relationships. The job involves field work and is focused on sales and relationship building. We have a dedicated leads program for agents interested.

  • Promote the insurance agency to customers who need insurance
  • Network with potential customers
  • Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, and referrals
  • Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs
  • Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverages when needed
  • Handling policy renewals, tracking insurance claims and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Speak with clients, providing information about policies, and answering questions related to coverage and premiums.
  • Responsible for the profitable growth of the company and for achieving the sales goal by meeting and exceeding sales targets for each area.
  • Coordinate with Carrier relations manager & agent manager, provide feedback and feed forward, help devise growth strategies
  • Life and health license and or property and casual license in good standing with the Department of Insurance in the state
  • Required license 214/215 and or Property and Casualty 220
  • +1 year working experience as an Insurance Agent or similar profession.
  • A motivated attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, and skilled capacity for effectively communicating with clients in a sales atmosphere.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively.
  • Business acumen and sales skills is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude, and sense of initiative.
  • Result-oriented approach. Passion for helping others

 

Compensation

  • Above Market Competitive salaries, no cap earning potential along with sales commission will be offered.
