Inviting applications for the role of Fulfillment Specialist, Insurance

Genpact is looking for a team member to be responsible for Customer Service and Sales combined, working with Adjusters and Insureds to build and be an excellent partner to assist in the handling of insurance contents claims.

Your role will function as a specialist in insurance contents evaluation and replacement and bring value through focused research of Like, Kind, & Quality replacements.

You will be encouraged to be passionate about Insurance industry’s realities and problems and know how to seek out and overcome these using analytics and research.

Responsibilities

· Be the primary point of contact for assigned adjusters to work with for developing strategies, developing and maintaining account relationships and solutions that meet the business needs of clients

· Confer with policyholders by telephone to review inventory, extract pertinent details and review direct replacement options

· Perform Like, Kind, Quality (LKQ) evaluations on contents inventory

· Compile, submit and receive accurate authorizations for replacement services

· Prepare orders for fulfillment

· Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

· Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of status updates or claims process as well as any planned adjustments

· Determine charges for services requested monitor collection of deposits or payments, or arrange for billing

· Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills

· Own all post-claim follow up

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Experience and knowledge in sales and/or customer service

· Robust oral and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications

· Prior experience in construction or commercial industries

· Organization and time management skills

Solid understanding of MS Excel
