As an experienced Business Analyst reporting to the VP of Underwriting And Product, you will be the Project Manager across internal Product Groups and their major technology vendors. You will define and refine project scopes, write project specs, and make high level recommendations to their product and underwriter teams, as well as senior management.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify, research and outline system problems, opportunities and solutions.
• Track and report production issues/bugs.
• Document detailed business requirements and processes based on internal needs.
• Perform user acceptance testing while documenting and communicating changes.
• Managing projects and informing the team of any roadblocks and/or time constraints.
• Liaison with WaterStreet Insurance Software.

Skills & Experience

• Proven success as a liaison between IT and end user groups such as product management.
• Experience working within a property casualty insurance setting.
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Solid insurance IT knowledge.

$105,000 to $110,000
