We are looking for strong candidates to hire into Liberty Mutual Insurance: Commercial Auto Quoting, Issuance, and Endorsement Raters. Commercial Liability Quoting, Issuance, and Endorsement Raters. Commercial Property Endorsement Rater. Commerical Workers Compensation Endorsement Raters.
Business Raters processing quotes get customer specific information from Underwriting which the rater inputs into a Policy Administration System and produces an initial premium rating for Underwriting.
Business Raters issuing policies receive policy writing instructions from Underwriting once an account is sold and inputs additional customer specific information into the Policy Administration System to produce the legal contract that a customer has agreed to buy.
Business Raters processing endorsements get customer specific change requests from Underwriting and process them in the Policy Administrattion System to produce the endorsements. Raters on the endorsements teams are also generally responsible for Audit processing.

Under moderate supervision, responsible for accurately rating/coding a range of insurance policies and/or auditing transactions of varying complexity in a single line of business. Exercises initiative and independent judgment and solves problems of limited scope and complexity.
- Solid math and problem solving skills, as well as an ability to follow detailed processing instructions.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to successfully work in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Capabilities normally acquired through a High school diploma or equivalent training, plus a minimum of 6 months of general office and/or customer service related experience.
