Join a team within Global Digital Services! The GDS End User Technology team is actively searching for a Principal End User Technology Engineer to join our Mobile Product Team.  This team is part of our Central IT Services organization that runs the infrastructure and foundational technology that is used across all business units and within Corporate Departments. 


Under general direction, you will participate in an Agile team to deliver End User Services for our Global workforce.  As a subject matter expert in the Mobile space, you will be challenged daily to improve and innovate the end user environment, engineering and designing new and innovative solutions to meet our end user requirements.  The end user technology engineer is responsible for end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, including but not limited to gathering requirements, converting requirements to technical designs, building, and securing the solution.



  • Responsible for product lifecycle management and quality assurance review of key productivity tools, hardware, and services.
  • Responsible for the evaluation, selection, and implementation of approved technologies that align with technical architecture, business plans and long-term strategy.

  • Bachelor`s degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience, technical degree preferred. Generally, 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Thorough knowledge in distributed end user technology architectures, identity, cloud-based platforms, certificate management, and development tools
  • Engineering experience with management and client support of both Apple iOS and Google Android.
  • Experience supporting and administering Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions. (MobileIron, VMWare Airwatch, Microsoft Intune).
  • Experience with development of mobile device policies and configurations on various operating systems.
  • Integration of mobile capabilities (Single sign-on, High Availability, device/app VPN, Content management, and Company container management for BYOD.
  • Strong ActiveSync knowledge for mobility support.
  • Strong Active Directory and Azure AD knowledge to resolve Mobile or M365 related issues.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office365 Enterprise environment.
  • Thorough understanding of agile concepts and processes.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Must be proactive, demonstrate initiative and be a logical thinker.
  • Collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required.
  • Learns and embraces new and disruptive technology.
