Job Description

The Blueprint Team partners with agency facing teams to support the development, implementation, and measurement of Marketing and Customer Experience programs. Through this partnership we strengthen our corporate purpose to help people realize their hopes and dreams through products and services designed to protect them from life's uncertainties and to prepare them for the future.

A Marketing Program Consultant supports business growth and improved customer loyalty through field marketing program implementation and marketing team education. A Marketing Program Consultantacts as an advocate, liaison, and program subject matter expert for the field marketing team and partners with other Areas of Responsibility (AORs) and to ensure the swift implementation of countrywide marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

Program Execution

  • Lead the implementation of marketing programs
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines and measurement
  • Project manage multiple highly complex marketing programs/Customer Experience projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate with field marketing teams to implement zone programs and support local programs
  • Manage vendors for program implementation
  • Navigate other AORs on behalf of the field marketing team to addressneeds and opportunities
  • Partner with field and HO marketing teams to deliver programs on time and in accordance with budget

Agency Engagement and Education

  • Collaborate with Field to support the development and delivery of education to agencies
  • Prepare and deliver dynamic marketing presentations on regional, market-driven topics

Administration

  • Strictly adhere to HO program budget

Measurement

  • AssistManager in the identification marketing opportunities
  • Track results analysis with Program Management team
  • Analyze moderately to highly complex program results to identify trends/potential needs for improved agency engagement
  • Communicate program results, trends/potential needs to Manager

Skills/Experiences

  • Bachelor degree with marketing concentration preferred
  • 3+ years of Marketing or related business experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Intermediate Marketing/Customer Experience knowledge
  • Intermediate insurance industry knowledge
  • Intermediate organization and project/program management skills
  • Intermediate communication skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced meeting facilitations skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced presentation development and delivery skills
  • Intermediate relationship management and leadership skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Intermediate proficiency in online meeting solutions (e.g., WebEx)
