Job Summary:


As a member of Global Brand & Communications team, the Senior Marketing Program Manager works independently with some manager instruction leading integrated marketing programs for internal and external audiences aimed at promoting brand awareness, attracting talent, and contributing to overall employee experience. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of external sponsorships/partnerships and leading activations that promote the brand.




  • Lead complex integrated marketing campaigns from strategic planning to execution and sets expectations with stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with external sponsorship partners including asset negotiation and activations
  • Effectively prioritize workload to deliver work on schedule while seamlessly manage competing demands
  • Manages development of creative executions that bring sponsorship campaigns to life
  • Demonstrate openness, logic and sound reasoning to address others' concerns and gain support of marketing programs
  • Partner with the analytics team to develop and measure the effectiveness of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Use analytics to optimize and inform future decisions
  • Foster strong relationships within department and with cross-functional partners
  • Create presentations that are well-organized and support recommendations to senior management
  • Independently lead meetings
  • Constructively handle mistakes and setbacks
  • Actively seek to expand and integrate marketing knowledge and skills into recommendations

  • Bachelor's degree (with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred) or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred. 8+ years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing-driven organization.
  • 7-10 years of project management/account management experience with solid background in integrated marketing preferred.
  • Experience in end-to-end execution of successful marketing campaigns and sponsorships
  • Proficient in understanding multiple marketing disciplines and how they connect
  • Experience in working directly with creative departments and agencies
  • Performs well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Sponsorship Management experience preferred
